ZHANG Lingwen, received her B.S and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computing engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, China in 2005 and 2010, respectively. From January 2008 to January 2009, she was a visiting Ph.D. student in Rice University, Houston, Texas, USA. Since July 2010, she has been in the faculty of Beijing Jiaotong University, where she is currently an Assistant Professor. Dr. ZHANG's general interests are in the areas of signal processing and wireless communications. ZHANG Jiayi, received his B.S. degree of communication engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, China in 2007. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems with the Institute of Broadband Wireless Mobile Communications, School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. From August 2012 to August 2013, he is a visiting Ph.D. candidate at the Communications Research Group, University of Southampton, UK. His current research interests include antenna array technologies, high-speed vehicle-to-roadside communications, and performance analysis of wireless communication systems. UU Liu, received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2004 and 2010, respectively. From 2012, he has been worked as an Associate Professor in the Institute of Broadband Wireless Mobile Communications, School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. His general research interests include channel measurement and modelling under highspeed railway, and signal processing of wireless communication in time-varying channel. He is also with the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, China.
