数字化图书馆是图书馆事业发展的一个重要里程碑.在数字化图书馆建设过程中,准确把握数字化图书馆建设的发展规律,对其建设经费投入进行精确预测,对提高区域图书馆建设水平具有重要意义.以有效提高系统特征数据序列未来值的预测精度为目的,在已有缓冲算子相关研究成果的基础上,分析了现有成果存在的缺陷,根据新信息优先准则,构建了一个NWBO(NewWeakeningBufferOperator),并与已有的系列WBO进行弱化效果的比较.最后通过一个数字化图书馆建设经费案例对该新弱化算子的有效性进行验证.研究结果表明,受扰动因素冲击后的数字化图书馆建设经费序列经新WBO作用后,建模精度得到了显著提高.
Digital libraries are an important milestone in the development of libraries. An intimate knowledge of the developing law of digital libraries is of great significance to aecm:ale prediction of funds for library construction and to the improvement of regional libraries, In order to increase the prediction accuracy of future values of systematic characteristic ,lata sequences, this paper analyzes the flaws of the existing achievements of research into buffer operators. According to the principle of "new information taking priority", a new weakening buffer operator (NWBO) is built and compared with the existing weakening buffer operators in weakening effects. Finally, the validity of NWBO is tested by studying a case of cc,nstruetion funds of a digital library. The results show that the modeling accuracy is dramatically increased when the ,;equence of funds for constructing digital libraries which are influem;cd by disturbance factors is weakened by the NWBO.
