MicroRNA（miRNA）,a non-coding small RNA,is single-stranded and usually contains 18-25 bases.miRNA can be found in various kinds of organisms,and is found to be highly homologous.Present studies have shown that miRNA participate many important processes in the body,both physiologically and pathologically.In this review,we are going to introduce the latest results about miRNA＇s possible role in autoimmune disease.
