在硬质合金YT5表面利用微细电火花加工小孔,并装填MoS_2固体润滑剂以改善基体表面的摩擦磨损性能。在UMT摩擦试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,结果表明:装填固体润滑剂MoS_2的微孔表面比光滑表面的摩擦系数显著降低,改善了摩擦表面磨损工况,表现出良好的减摩和润滑效果。结合SEM和EDX分析微孔固体润滑的机理:在摩擦过程中,存储于微孔中的固体润滑剂受到相对摩擦和挤压作用而粘着、拖覆在基体表面,形成一层固体润滑膜,从而起到减摩润滑作用。表面微孔润滑技术是提高基体表面摩擦磨损特性的有效方法,但需通过合理设计微孔结构尺寸,兼顾微孔表面的减摩润滑作用和基体的物理机械性能之间的平衡。
EDM was used to generate micro-holes on YT5 cemented carbide.Tribological experiments were conducted with UMT ball-on-disk to test the properties of micro-holes surface filled with solid lubricant MoS2.The results showed;the micro-holes surface filled with solid lubricant presented much better friction-reduction and lubricating behaviors than smooth surface.Combined with SEM and EDX,the tribological mechanism of micro-holes surface filled with solid lubricant was promoted;the solid lubricant was squeezed out or spread over to the interface during sliding process, A lubricating film was formed to lead to reduce the friction coefficient between the contact interface. So the EDM micro-hole lubricating technology is an effective way to improve the tribological properties of surface. And it is im- portant to design proper rule of micro-holes to balance the lubricating effect and mechanical properties.
