在物理相容性分析中,采用△α〈0时增强相极限体积含量的计算方法,确定出添加相的最大体积含量Vmax;在化学相容性分析中,应用热力学原理计算分析了Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料体系中各组分间化学反应的可能性。结果表明:在1700℃范围内,添加相ZrB2/ZrO2的最大体积含量Vmax为73.1%,而且不可能发生其他的化学反应。通过Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料的热压烧结制备进行了实验验证。
In the physical compatibility analysis, using the calculating method of enhanced phase limit volume when △α〈0, make sure the Vmax of additions; in the chemical compatibility analysis, based on the theory of thermal-dynamics, the possible reactions of composition system in Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2 materials is analyzed. The result shows that: the Vmax of ZrB2/ZrO2 is 73. 1%,and no chemical reaction could take place under 1700℃ through Al2O3 ,ZrB2 and ZrO2. And it is tested by the fabrication of the Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2 composites with the hot pressing sintering way.
