依据定量描述热压材料致密化速度的方程推导出特定烧结温度时相对密度解析式。在理想情况下,相对密度与烧结压力成正比,与保温时间成反比。采用热压工艺制备了体积分数为0%-60%ZrB2增强蹦203基陶瓷材料,分析了在1700℃烧结温度下,保温时间和烧结压力对其力学性能的影响。通过综合比较,当烧结压力为30MPa,保温时间为20min,ZrP2的含量为20%时,复合材料的综合力争性能较好。
Based on the quantitative description of hot pressing material densification speed equation, the analytic equation of relative density at specific sintering temperature is derived. Under ideal circumstances, the relative density is in direct proportion to sintering pressure, in inverse proportion to holding time. 0% to 60% ZrB2 is incorporated into alumina matrix ceramic materials, and they are fabricated by hot pressing sintering. The effect of sintering parameters including holding time and pressure on the physical and mechanical properties of the ceramic composite at 1 700℃ has been researched. By comparison, when the optimum sintering condition is pressure of 30 MPa, holding time of 20 rain and ZrB2 of 20 %, synthetic mechanical properties of the composite is better than others.
