教师培训作为一项系统性工程,如何加强过程性质量管理与评估,促进各环节有效衔接,为教师学习提供高质量与专业化的支持服务,是提升教师培训质量的关键与重要保障。评价过程是为达成目标协同多方力量更好地优化管理与服务,精准把握教师学习与发展需求,提供个性化、针对性与专业化服务的过程。本文基于CIPP评估模型,以上海市共享课程项目评价为例,通过促进多元主体的系统化评价设计与实施,将诊断性评价、过程性评价、结果性评价融为一体,并借助多元评价方法与评价工具支持,开展指向过程改进的评价,最后提出实施评价的具体化建议,以为教师远程培训质量管理与评估提供指导依据。
As a systematic project of teacher training, it is an important safeguard to strengthen the process of quality management and evaluation. It is critical to promote various aspects of effective convergence in order to provide high-quality learning and professional support services for teachers to enhance the quality of teacher training. Evaluation process is to coordinate multi-force to achieve better management and optimization services goals. In order to provide personalized, targeted and specialized services,evaluation process is to meet accurate teacher learning and development needs. This article is provided the example of Shared-Curriculum Project Evaluation in Shanghai which is based on CIPP evaluation model. It integrated into the diagnostic evaluation,process evaluation and result evaluation by carrying out the multiple evaluation methods and evaluation tools support. It promoted to design and carry out systematically. At last, it made specific recommendation to provide guidance for improvement the quality of teachers training management evaluation.
