随着信息技术的发展,基于工作坊的教师研修成为一种新的教师研修模式,为了提高教师远程培训的质量,在线讨论成为教师工作坊不可缺少的组成部分。深度讨论是深度学习与批判性思维发展的重要条件。为了探究目前教师工作坊的讨论现状以及影响教师工作坊在线讨论深度的因素,本文根据人数分布随机选择12个教师工作坊作为研究对象,对在线讨论整体深度进行分析,并在此基础之上对不同话题类型、不同坊主发帖数以及不同人数的工作坊讨论深度进行比较分析,揭示教师工作坊讨论的特点及影响因素,提出合理构建工作坊、促进教师协同知识构建以及促进教师在线讨论深度的建议,对于提升工作坊研修质量、促进教师学习与发展具有重要意义。
With the development of Information Technology, teachers' workshop has become a new training model. In order to improve the quality of teachers' distance training, online discussion has become an in dispensable part of teachers' workshop. Deep discussion is important for deep learning and the development of critical thinking. In order to explore the current situation of discussion in teachers' workshop and factors influencing the depth of online discussion in teachers' workshops, 12 randomly selected teachers' workshop are chosen to be the study objects based on the distribution of the number.The overall depths of online discussions in these workshops are analyzed. And then comparative analysis of the online discussions among different topics, different posts number of leaders, and different depth of discussion in different workshops are conducted to reveal the characteristics and influencing factors of teachers' workshops. Finally, some advice is provided to promote the construction of workshops, teachers' collaborative knowledge building and improve the depth of online discussion in teachers' workshops, which is of great significance for improving the quality of workshops and promoting learning and development of teachers.
