The application of rough set theory is very wide, briefly introduces cluster analysis and rough set theory. In the application of college student comprehensive evaluation, first uses clusters algorithm to separate the student into the reasonable class , then uses weighting mining of rough set theory to give sort order of the students by comprehensive evaluation again, which decreases the affection of personal factors further more.
