对于海洋平台结构的监测与预警数据而言,利用单一信号处理方法很难获得令人满意的结果,而多种方法的融合使用才是分析信号的有效手段。结合海洋平台结构特点,基于MATLABGUI功能,通过多种信号处理方法的有效集成,开发海洋平台预警信号处理系统。借助该系统,用户可通过界面操作的方式,有选择性地组合应用多种方法对监测到的声发射或振动信号数据进行分析处理,实现结构健康状态的快速识别与预警。通过实验数据对系统功能进行了验证。实验证明,该系统在信号处理和健康预警方面具有良好的应用性和准确性。
Engineering practice and theoretical research show that multiple signal processing methods have a better effect than using only one mean to analyze the monitoring data of offshore platform. By means of integrating multiple signal processing methods, combining with characteristics of the offshore platform structure, a warning signal processing system of offshore platform is developed in this thesis based on MATLAB GUI function. Having the aid of this system, users can combine multiple selective methods to analyze acoustic emission or vibration monitoring data, and achieve structural health recognition and warning. Finally, experimental data are used to verify the reliability of the system function. Results show that this system has powerful functions with good application and accuracy in signal processing and structural health warning.
