借助于HST-100高速载流摩擦磨损试验机,研究载荷的波动大小对C/C复合材料/铬青铜摩擦副载流摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用扫描电镜对磨损表面进行观察分析。结果表明:随着载荷波动的加剧,平均电流逐渐减小,载流效率降低,离线率和电弧能量逐渐增大;C/C复合材料的摩擦因数和磨损率均呈现先减小然后增大的趋势;摩擦过程中的磨损机制逐渐由磨粒磨损转变为磨粒磨损、电气磨损共同作用。
The effects of fluctuating load on friction and wear property of C/C composite/QCrO. 5 under electrical current were studied on the HST-100 friction and wear testing machine with electrical current, and the worn surface of the sample was characterized by scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of fluctuating load, the average current reduces, the current-carrying efficiency declines, the off-line rate and the arc energy increase. The friction coefficient and wear rate of C/C composite decreases at first and then increases, and the abrasion mechanism is abrasive wear, but with the increase of fluctuating load the abrasion mechanism becomes abrasive wear and electrical wear.
