Community Participation is a native character of ecotourism.Community participating in ecotourism is very important to achieve the sustainable development of Yancheng coastal and marine wetland. This paper analyzes the status quo of ecotourism development and community participation in Yancheng coastal and marine wetland, then, investigates residents＇ participatory attitudes and behaviors. Based on them, the paper constructs a community participatory ecotourism decision-making and plan model, an operation and management model, a product development model and a benefit division model. At last, the paper suggests the safeguard mechanisms of communitv narticination.
