As a new semantic description and organizational solutions proposed since 2009, Nanop- ublication has been widespread concern in today＇s society. Now its semantic description applied to digital archival resources work has important practical significance. Based on the analysis of digital archival re- sources reveal and describe requirements, the paper designs the digital archive resources Nanopublication semantic description framework on the basis of Nanopublication theory, and resources on how to carry out the semantic description of a digital archive of work were discussed. On how to carry out the semantic de- scription work of digital archive resources, the article gives the corresponding countermeasures.
