英文摘要：

[ Purpose/significance] Starting with the association relationship among scientific research entities, this paper builds the linked metadata framework of their unique identifiers, and analyses the operating and applying mechanism of the identification system, to provide some advices for carrying out the relevant projects in China. [ Method/process ] This paper understands the profiles and development history of related projects by the relevant literatures, analyses the metadata structure of identifiers of scientific research entities and operating mechanism of the identification systems by in- vestigating the relevant web sites, and validates the connection ways and effects of scientific research entities by using the database systems. [ Result/conclusion] This paper constructs the linked metadata framework with identifiers as nodes and forms the network pattern in the center of ID. The identification system of scientific research entities should improve the page and baekend functions, and strengthen the data quality control and application mechanism. Individuals and institutions in China should improve the awareness of identifying entities actively, consolidate the interoperability among identifier systems, strengthen the application and sharing of identifiers, and achieve the integration identification of scientific research entities.
