研究结果表明:开放性、外倾性能够显著影响高校教师的敬业度和工作绩效;敬业度在外倾性与工作绩效、开放性与工作绩效间发挥中介作用.具体而言,敬业度在外倾性与任务绩效、外倾性与关系绩效、开放性与关系绩效之间发挥完全中介作用;而在开放性与任务绩效之间发挥部分中介作用.
The results revealed that: (1) the traits of extraversion and openness to experience have significantly positive impacton college teachers' performance and employee engagement; (2) employee engagement fully mediate the relationship between the traitof extraversion on task performance and contextual performance;(3) employee engagement partly mediates the relationship between thetrait of openness to experience and task performance;(4) employee engagement fully mediates the relationship between the trait ofopenness to and contextual performance.
