针对语言环境下绩效评价中多层级指标结构的模块化特征,构建了二元语义广义有序模块化平均(2TLGOMA)算子,该算子具有单调性、幂等性、有界性和置换不变性;进而提出二元语义广义有序加权模块化平均(2TLGOWMA)算子和混合加权二元语义广义有序模块化(H2TLGOM)集成算子的概念,同时定义了Orness测度;给出一种语言信息环境下,基于2TLGOWMA算子和H2TLGOM算子的高校教师绩效评价方法,该方法的优点在于它不仅考虑了评价指标体系各模块之间的结构关系,也兼顾了指标体系的权重信息和评价者的态度偏好;最后,通过实例分析说明了该评价方法的可行性和有效性。
With regard to the modular feature of multi-level indexes structure in performance evaluation, we deduce two-tuple linguistic generalized modular averaging (2TLGOMA) operator, which is monotonic, idempotent, bounded and commutative. We further develop the concepts of two-tuple linguistic generalized ordered weighted modular averaging (2TLGOWMA) operator and hybrid weighted two-tuple linguistic generalized ordered modular (H2TLGOM) aggregation operator, and the orness measure is given. Moreover, a performance evaluation method for university teachers ~ based on 2TLGOWMA method is that it considers not only the structure takes into account the weights of index system shows that the developed method is feasible and operator and H2TLGOM operator is given. The advantage of this relationship among each modules of the evaluation system, but also and attitude character of evaluator. Finally a numerical example effective.
