用各向同性扩散得到梯度矢量流场的能量,并获得初始边界和骨架点(无须任何初始化);最后利用蛇模型演化这些初始点,当模型能量达到最小时演化停止.最终的点即为所需要的边界和骨架.该方法能同时得到物体的边界和骨架,改进了曲线结构强度图的计算,减少了计算量.采用人工图像和实际图像验证了该方法的有效性.
Firstly, the energy of gradient vector flow field is achieved through the isotropic diffusion. Secondly, according to the energy, the initial curves of edge and skeleton are obtained without any initialization of edge and skeleton. And lastly, these curves are evolved by snake model. The evolution of curves will stop when the energy of the model get to be minimal. The final curves are that of edge and skeleton. In this method, not only the curves of edge and skeleton can be obtained at the same time, but also the cost of calculation is decreased through improving the calculation of curvilinear structure strength map. Using several two-dimensional synthetic and real examples, we show the validity of this method.
