Taking Garbage Chamber and Biogas Digester as an example,econometric mode was used to analyze the effects of rural infrastructure construction on rural ecological environment.Results showed that garbage chamber and biogas digester had a positive effect on protecting rural environment.The coverage rate of environment-protective rural infrastructure is too low that peasants can not scientifically deal with living waste.Peasants＇ environmental awareness is not strong that they can not realize the function of the rural infrastructure established.
