针对肌肉配准后获得的三维肌肉模型之间小范围区域的穿插问题,提出一种新的穿插分离算法.首先应用OBB层次树检测3D模型间的交叉区域,然后采用最小二乘法计算穿插模型间的接触面,最后用基于逐点位置约束的Laplace算法对接触模型进行优化和光滑,并保留模型的原有几何细节,实验表明本文算法分离效果良好.
This paper presents a novel algorithm for 3D muscle penetrations separation,which solves small region penetration among the muscles after registration. The penetration region is detected by OBB hierarchy tree between every two 3D muscle models. Then, the contact surface is solved by the least square method according to the penetration region. The contact model can be optimized and smoothed by Laplace algorithm with all vertices constrained fmally, which can preserve the origin geometric details. With this algorithm, the results shown in the end of the paper are satisfying.
