本文建立企业战略性社会责任过程机制的理论框架,运用单案例研究方法,以四川宏达集团为例对企业如何履行战略性社会责任进行研究。研究得出:企业战略性社会责任的过程分为融合理念、识别维度、履行活动、共享收益四阶段。其具体内容体现为:企业战略性社会责任的理念阶段,企业应将社会责任融合到其核心价值中;理念层面到执行层面,企业同时应基于企业内部价值链活动与外部竞争环境延伸识别与履行社会责任;最终持续实现企业内部经济收益与外部社会收益。本研究探讨企业战略性社会责任过程模式,为企业战略性社会责任提供实践路径。
This paper develops the theoretical framework of SCSR, and adopts the single case study method to systemically research into the SCSR practices of Hongda Group. It reaches the conclusion that the process of SCSR is classified into four stages: the fusion of ideas, identifying SCSR, implementing, and sharing avenue. At the idea stage of SCSR; the enterprise should in- fuse social responsibility into its core value. At the stage of implementation, the enterprise must identify and implement social responsibility based on the inner value chain and outer competing environment. Therefore the inner economic returns and outer social returns can be sustainably gained at the same time. The study has explored the process mode of SCSR in Chinese enterprises and provided reference for how to realize SCSR.
