With the increasing socialization and complexity of scientific research, the cohesion of R&D Team in university becomes a researching focus. R&D Team in university is the basic organization of scientific research, where the members are the teachers who master the specialized knowledge, possess the specific research fields, and want to realize their values, and thus are typical mental workers. The degree of coupling between the demand of the teachers and the support of the team is the key to the team cohesion. On the basis of the theroy of the demand of the R&D team and the organizational support, it constructs the theoretic model of R&D team in university, and analyzes its structure, function and operating mechanism.
