提出一种拉深筋参数化建模与自动化设计的方法,实现了拉深筋的实时设计、实时更新以及参数化设计。该方法根据定义的拉深筋控制点参数信息,应用正交截面法创建拉深筋截面曲线,解决了拉深筋创建中容易出现的冲压负角关键问题。采用同形分段法,实现了多形状混合拉深筋的功能,显著提高了拉深筋设计的灵活性。通过沿压料面法向延伸拉深筋线,对拉深筋端头进行光顺设计。该方法基于CATIA的参数关联和自定义特征(UDF)技术,提出了实体拉深筋UDF概念,开发了拉深筋参数化设计系统(DBDS),实现了拉深筋的参数化创建和编辑。经过大量汽车覆盖件实例测试,该方法稳定可靠、拉深筋参数准确,适用于拉深筋的自动优化设计。
A method for parametric modeling and automated design of drawbead was proposed to achieve real-time design,real-time update and parametric design. According to defined parameters of control points,the section curves were created by the orthogonal section method to avoid the undercut shape that easily appeared in the modeling of drawbead. The function of hybrid drawbead with the multiple shapes was implemented by segmenting the same drawbead,and the design flexibility of drawbead was improved observably. Through extrapolating the drawbead curve along the normal direction of binder,the ends of drawbead were designed smoothly. Based on the parameter association of CATIA and user defined feature( UDF),the UDF of the real drawbead was proposed and a system for parametric design of drawbead( DBDS) was developed,which realized the parametric creation and modification of drawbead. Through testing massive amounts of automotive cover panels,the method is proved to be reliable and accurate,which is appropriate for automated optimization design of drawbead.
