隐性知识越来越成为知识型企业获得成功的关键,对隐性知识本身的认知以及共享研究亦是企业的知识管理中的重点和难点。本文通过隐性知识的定义、特征与分类三个方面综述了国内外对隐性知识认知方面的研究,并指出对隐性知识认知从这三方面均需进一步的研究,且基于个体以及认知心理学亦是其研究发展态势;同时本文从隐性知识共享途径、共享因素以及相应的管理措施三方面出发,综述了国内外隐性知识共享方面的研究,并指出对隐性知识共享方面的研究尚需从共享动因、共享效率的定量研究以及共享过程方面进行深入研究。
Tacit knowledge is becoming a key point to achieve success for knowledge organization.Cognition and sharing of tacit knowledge are also the focal points of knowledge management in organization.The paper makes literature review of tacit knowledge cognition from definition,characteristic and classification of tacit knowledge,and points out that cognition of tacit knowledge needs further research from above three aspects and also needs further research based on individual and cognitive psychology.At the same time,the paper makes literature review of tacit knowledge sharing from ways,factors and management actions,and points out that the tacit knowledge sharing needs further research from motivation of sharing,quantitative research of sharing efficiency and process of sharing.
