针对组织内员工的知识共享进行研究,考察员工的知识共享态度对组织知识共享的影响。借鉴复杂问题仿真方法一细胞自动机进行仿真,建立基于细胞自动机的员工知识共享模型,观察员工间知识共享态度的相互影响,进而探讨组织中不同类型和身份地位的员工对组织总体知识共享状况的影响。组织改进组织内部知识共享提供了一定的参考。
It studied the Knowledge Sharing of the staff in organizations, to discuss the staff' s attitudes of the knowledge sharing, which influenced the organization' s knowledge sharing. It also used the CA which was a simulation method to the complex problem to simulate the problem. The research established a Knowledge sharing model based on the CA, which attempted to discuss the influence between the staff about the knowledge sharing attitude. Finally, it summarized the influence of the staff with different status or location on the overall Knowledge sharing in organizations. The result would help the organization to ira- prove the knowledge sharing of the organization
