以4种不同乙烯基含量的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)为原料,用相转化法制备了亲水性微孔膜,研究乙烯基含量对膜的结构和性能的影响,并考察膜的抗污染性能.结果表明:随着乙烯基含量的降低,材料中的羟基含量增多,膜的接触角降低,亲水性增强,纯水通量增大;膜的场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)照片表明,膜表面开孔密集而均匀;EVAL膜与PES膜的通量衰减对比实验表明,EVAL微孔膜的抗污染能力较好,结果与膜的亲水性分析一致.
Hydrophilic microporous membranes were prepared through nonsolvent-induced phase separation,using ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL) with different ethylene content as raw materials.The effect of the ethylene content on the performances and structural properties of the EVAL membrane was investigated,and the anti-fouling performance of EVAL membrane was researched.The results showed that EVAL membrane with lower ethylene content and more hydroxyl had better hydrophiicity and larger pure water flux;many pores were observed on the surface from FESEM micrographs;flux reduction experiment showed that EVAL microporous membrane had better anti-fouling performance than PES membrane.
