以乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)为基质材料,阴离子交换树脂D301R为功能性颗粒,采用干-湿法制备了树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜,并考察了凝固浴温度、聚合物质量分数对纯水通量、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)截留率的影响.实验结果表明,铸膜液中EVAL质量分数为18%,离子交换树脂质量分数为24%,凝固浴温度在40~50℃时所制备的树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜具有较高的纯水通量和BSA截留率.
Using ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAL) as membrane matrix material, anion exchange resin D301R as functional particles, resin filled EVAL hollow fiber membrane are prepared by dry-wet spinning process. The effects of temperature of coagulation bath and concentration of EVAL on pure water flux and rejection of BSA are discussed. The experimental results show that the resin filled EVAL hollow fiber membrane is possessed of high water flux and BSA retention rate, when the concentration of EVAL, concentration of ion exchange resin in the casting solution and coagulation bath temperature are 18%, 24% and 40-50 ℃ respectively.
