近年来质子放疗已成为肿瘤治疗领域中发展和研究的热点。精准放射治疗系统麒麟刀(Kylin Ray)集动态调强放射治疗、图像引导放射治疗、剂量引导、质子调强放射治疗等先进放疗技术于一体。质子调强放射治疗计划系统Kylin RayIMPT是其中质子放疗计划制定子系统,目标是为质子精准放射治疗的实施提供精准放疗计划制定平台,系统支持被动散射和主动扫描方式下的放疗计划制定。本文主要介绍Kylin Ray-IMPT系统设计、主要功能和关键技术问题研发进展。
Recently,proton radiotherapy has become the hot issue in the development and research of tumor therapy.An integrated accurate radiotherapy system(Kylin Ray) is developed,which consists of dynamic intensity-modulated accurate radiotherapy system(Kylin Ray-IMRT),image-guided accurate positioning and tracking system(Kylin Ray-IGRT),dose-guided real-time verification(Kylin Ray-DGRT) and intensity-modulated proton radiotherapy system(Kylin Ray-IMPT).Kylin Ray-IMPT is the treatment planning module of Kylin Ray,aiming to provide accurate and efficient plan design platform for proton radiotherapy,and supporting passive scattering and active scanning planning design.The system architecture and main functions of Kylin RayIMPT and the progress of its key technologies were introduced in this review.
