为解决原材料计量磅差和管理等原因造成的物资出库量与实际消耗量间的差异问题,提出了一种基于最小二乘法的差异调整方法。该方法根据生产工况和产品工艺特征的实际要求,基于最小二乘法理论,以产品原材料的成分含量(或消耗量)最接近其标准含量(或额定消耗量)为依据构造了目标函数,抽取了横向平衡、纵向平衡和成分含量平衡等规则,建立了差异调整数学模型,并采用粒子群优化算法进行了求解,避免了按照消耗比例调整差异结果偏离生产实际工况、产品含量不符合标准的问题。通过钢铁行业的应用实例,给出了该方法的具体实现过程,并与以往方法的调整结果进行对比分析,验证了方法的可行性。
To solve the quantity variance between supply amount and actual consumption amount caused by metering error or management neglect,a new adjustment method based on least-squares method was proposed.The objective function was proposed according to the component content of raw material mostly close to standard content based on least-squares method to satisfy the demands of production condition and processing characteristics.The constraints were transformed to the principles such as horizontal balance,vertical balance and composition content.And,the mathematical model of variance adjustment was constructed and solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm.Situations such as adjustment variance result deviated from actual production circumstance,products didn't comply to standard were avoided.Concrete implementation steps of the proposed method were provided by its application in iron steel industry.Compared to the previous methods,feasibility of this method was proved.
