To solve production planning and control problem in iron and steel enterprises,it＇s unique technology and administrative characteristics were analyzed.According to the needs of different levels of the problem,the organization mode was analyzed from perspectives of planning and logistics,and a multi-layer capacity balancing,multi-layer planning,multi-layer scheduling of the integrated dynamic production scheduling system was constructed.In this system,feasibility of the system was explored from the viewpoint of system structure,function and operation mechanism,and the operation mechanism of the system was discussed with regard to actual production.The system was verified by application in some special steel enterprise in the northeast China.
