针对不同居住区公共服务设施配置与居民满意度的关系，文章对合肥市西园新村、安居苑、金色池塘、万振逍遥苑以及国际花都5个居住小区进行了调研，考虑到设施的公益性，将城市居住区设计规范中的教育、医疗卫生、文化体育设施、金融邮电以及社区服务5类设施作为研究对象，对居民选择不同设施时的出行方式、利用频率、设施位置、设施的选择原因及满意度进行问卷调查，通过定量化分析，探寻不同设施配置对于居民满意度的影响，以期更好地指导建设者合理而有针对性地完善各项设施的配置，更好地服务居民。

英文摘要：

In view of the relationship between the public service facilities allocation and residential satis- faction in residential districts, this paper investigates five residential districts including Hefei West Park Village, Homes Court, Golden Pond, Wanzhen Happy Garden and Guoji Huadu. Five kinds of facilities including education, health care, culture and sports, finance and posts, and community serv- ices, which are considered as the public welfare facilities in the design specification for urban residen- tial area, are chosen as the study object. A questionnaire survey is made on the travel mode, usage fre- quency, facility location, reasons for choosing and satisfaction degree when residents choose the facili- ties. The effect of different facilities allocation on resident satisfaction degree is explored through quantitative analysis. The study is valuable for the governor to allocate different facilities rationally and targetedly so as to better serve the residents.
