为使全尾砂絮凝沉降效果最佳,应用Box—Behnken试验设计方法建立数学模型,选择絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液浓度和尾砂浆质量浓度为影响因子,以单位面积固体处理能力为响应值,进行响应曲面分析,得到全尾砂絮凝沉降最佳参数为:絮凝剂单耗36.04g/t,絮凝剂溶液浓度0.30%,尾砂浆质量浓度21.02%,在此条件下的单位面积固体处理能力为3.14t·h-1·m-1矿山现场实测得单位面积固体处理能力为3.16t·h-1·m-1。误差仅为0.63%,说明采用响应曲面法对全尾砂絮凝沉降影响因素进行分析是可靠的。
In order to obtain the best flocculation settlement of unclassified railings, the mathematical model was built by Box-Behnken method. For the response surface analysis, the flocculant consumption, flocculant solution concentration and tailings mass concentration were selected as the influen- cing factors and the solid processing volume per unit area was selected as the response value. The best parameters of flocculation settlement were obtained. Under 36.04 g/t of flocculant consumption, 0.30% of flocculant solution con- centration and 21.02% of tailings mass concentration, the solid processing volume per unit area was calculated as 3.14 t h-1 m-2and was measured as 3.16 t h-1 m--2 in mine field, which only had difference of 0.63%. The results showed that the response surface methodology was reliable for analyzing the influencing factors of flocculation settle- ment.
