In order to conduct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on safety investment of iron and steel enterprises ,the evalua-tion system is set up to determine the weights of every factors .The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrixes are found to con-duct evaluations and analyses on certain factors .The final evaluation score of safety investment for one iron and steel enter-prise is 83 .9 and it is good .So the safety investment is reasonable and investments in human factors ,such as safety train-ing ,labor protection appliances and industrial health ,should be strengthened .The input on environment is also reasonable .
