海洋对人类生存、发展有着极为密切的关系。海洋经济地域系统时间和空间差异的研究,既是人地关系地域系统的重要组成部分,又是海洋经济地域系统研究的主要内容。作为衡量区域发展水平与状态的重要指标,主要是产业结构和空间结构,一定产业结构的区域内必然有着其特定的空间结构。论文从时间维和空间维两个方面,对辽宁省沿海的丹东、大连、营口、盘锦、锦州和葫芦岛6个地区的海洋经济发展、海洋产业布局和其空间结构特点进行了分析。并根据21世纪地理学的特点:"从定性、静态到定量、动态研究",从而做到从定性到定量的综合集成。在研究中应用了多种定量分析方法,探讨辽宁海洋经济地区差异的时间和空间的变化特征。分析辽宁区域海洋经济发展的时间过程,主要采用动态灰色关联度分析法;分析海洋经济发展过程和地区海洋经济的综合实力水平采用主成分分析法;测度区域海洋经济差异的统计方法主要采用区位商、洛伦兹曲线和集中化指数(或基尼系数)、威佛组合指数。通过对这些方法的有机组合,则能在定量分析中取得一定的效果,增加了研究内容的科学性。从而也改变了人文、经济地理主要以依赖思辨方法的文字描述来阐明客观现象的局面
Sea plays a key role in the existence and development of human society.Examining temporal and spatial differences in regional systems of marine economy is both a significant component of regional systems of man-land relations and an important content of regional systems of marine economic study.Industrial structural and spatial structures are major indicators of regional development levels and status.The authors analyzed the development,distribution and spatial structure of marine industries in cities of Dandong,Dalian,Yingkou,Panjin,Jinzhou,and Huludao,Liaoning Province,by integrating qualitative and quantitative methods.Dynamic grey correlation analysis was used to analyze temporal processes of marine economic development.Principal component analysis was used to analyze the evolution of the regional marine economy.The location quotient,Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient(coefficient of concentration),and Weaver combined index were jointly used to quantify differences in regional marine economy.The minimum variance graph shows that the marine industrial structure tends to be multi-industry.For example,aquaculture was the mainstay of Dandong’s marine industry in 1996,while that became seashore tourism and aquaculture in 2006.The coefficients of concentration derived from the Lorenz curve of marine industries in cities of Dandong,Dalian,Yingkou,Panjing,Jinzhou and Huludao were 0.9487,0.6843,0.7160,0.8274,0.8710,and 0.8215 in year 1996,and 0.7728,0.6091,0.5404,0.6403,0.6383,and 0.6434 in year 2006,respectively.It is evident that the coefficients in 2006 are all smaller than 1996.Location quotient analysis shows that Dalian’s aquaculture and fishery,salt production,shipbuilding,port,passenger transport,and tourism all have a relatively high quotient value,indicating the important role of the Dalian marine industry.Results of principal component analysis show values of 1.694333,-0.28949,-0.10641,-0.47082,-0.39345 and -0.43416 in 1996,and -0.32049,1.612898,-0.30939,-0.06743,-0.48958,and -0.42601 in 2006 for Dandong,
