Complex ecosystem management theory originates from abroad, is gradually focused by domestic scholars. With the developing of science and technology, economy, society and culture, drainage basin environment has broader connotation. Thus, the governments and scholars all over the world are long-term focusing on setting up drainage basin sustainable development outlook, considering drainage basin complex system management based on drainage basin ecosystem, drainage basin economic system and drainage basin social system from the unity of drainage basin environment and development.
