随着科技的发展和应用领域的拓展,大长径比型材的需求量每年以15%~20%的速度递增,而传统方法所制备的管、棒、条等材料已不能满足使用性能和需求量的要求。粉末挤压成形作为一种粉末冶金近终形成形技术,在制备管、棒、条及其它异型产品方面具有很大的优势,日益受到材料工作者的重视。对粉末挤压成形工艺中粘结剂体系的设计、粘结剂脱除的工艺原理以及国内外关于粘结剂体系和脱粘工艺的最新研究进展进行了综述,在此基础上,对粉末挤压成形技术的发展前景进行了评价与展望。
With the development of technology and expansion of applications,the demand in large aspect ratio profile is growing by 15%~20% every year,and pipe,rod,bar and other materials produced by the traditional method can not meet the requirements in performance and demand.Powder extrusion molding as a near net shape powder metallurgy technology have great advantages in preparation of tube,rod,bar and other shaped products,increasingly attach importance to materials workers.The design of powder extrusion molding binder system,the process and principle of debinding,the latest research of binder system and debinding at home and abroad were reviewed.On this basis,the foreground of development of PEM technology was evaluated and prospected.
