目的观察不同温度下中华按蚊的吸血情况及其吸血后生殖营养周期和寿命等生物学性状,为判断温度对吸血中华按蚊生态习性的影响提供科学依据。方法在温度为19、22、25、28、31℃的条件下,观察实验室常规饲养中华按蚊的吸血率、生殖营养周期和吸血后寿命。结果在温度为19、22、25、28、31℃时,中华按蚊的吸血率分别为78.5%、85.7%、98.7%、97.3%、92.2%;生殖营养周期分别为99、80、56、48、60 h,吸血后平均寿命分别为28.0、22.9、24.3、14.6、12.0 d。结论在19~31℃之间,随着温度上升,中华按蚊嗜血性先增强后减弱,生殖营养周期先变短后增加,吸血后平均寿命呈现逐渐缩短趋势;温度对吸血中华按蚊的各生物学性状影响不完全一致。
Objective To observe the blood-sucking condition and the biological traits such as gonotrophic cycle and longevity of Anopheles sinensis after sucking blood at different temperatures,and provide scientific basis for judging the effect of temperature on the ecological habits of Anopheles sinensis. Methods At the temperature of 19,22,25,28,31℃,the blood-sucking rate,gonotrophic cycle and longevity of Anopheles sinensis were observed in the laboratory.Results The blood-sucking rates of Anopheles sinensis were respectively 78. 5%,85. 7%,98. 7%,97. 3% and92. 2% under the temperatures set. The gonotrophic cycles were respectively 99,80,56,48 and 60 h,and the mean longevities after blood-sucking were respectively 28. 0,22. 9,24. 3,14. 6 and 12. 0 d. Conclusion With the increase of temperature set for the experiment,the blood thirsty of Anopheles sinensis increased first and then decreased,and the gonotrophic cycle decreased first and then increased,and the mean longevities after blood-sucking gradually shortened. The impacts of temperature on the biological traits of Anopheles sinensis were not exactly the same.
