通过对不同的木纤维直径、不同滤芯厚度及不同填充率做过滤器不同结构参数,研究过滤器不同结构参数对以微米木纤维作为骨架的过滤芯、加上活化微纳米木粉组构的木基生态负离子PM 2.5过滤器过滤效率的影响,结果表明,当木纤维直径为20μm、滤芯厚度为20 mm及填充率为15%时,所研制出的木基生态负离子PM 2.5过滤器过滤效果最好。
For study the effect of different structural parameters on PM 2.5 filters with micron wood fiber , which was donstituted with the wood fiber micron filter element as a skeleton and activation of micro and nano flour , structure parameters was developped by using different diameters of wood fiber , layer thickness and filling rates . The results showed that the filters of wood fiber diameter with 20μm, layer thickness with 20 mm, and filling rate with 15 %could have the best results.
