基于安徽省299家农民专业合作社的观察样本,在绩效定义的基础上,利用因子分析法与SUR模型测度了合作社绩效并分析了其影响因素。研究表明,监督与制衡机制一定程度上能提升农民专业合作社普通社员收入绩效,合作社理事长在促进交易绩效方面具有重要作用,但在增强社会绩效方面的作用有待提升,股权集中化程度高、理事会规模小的合作社反而各类绩效水平较高。以股权集中化、成员异质化等为特征的合作社发展路径在“绩效”实现层面具有合理性,股权集中度高、社员异质性强并不一定意味着利益侵占。
Based on the 299 samples about Anhui Province farmer specialized cooperatives, authors used factor analysis method and SUR model to measure their performance and determinant factors involved. The research shows that supervision and balance mechanism could enhance ordinary members' level of income performance in some extent. Moreover, the coo- peritives' leaders played an important role in enhancing the performance of the transaction, but the role in enhancing social performance should be improved. Also, cooperatives with high degree of centralization equity or small-scale show higher level in all kinds of performance. Thurs, the authors believed cooperatives with equity centralized or heterogeneity of their members is reasonable in their development path, and these characters did not mean interest encroachment in the real prac- tice.
