Solving the problems of peasants, agriculture and villages need the theoretical system construction of the subject of Rural Economics. After reviewing the history of its construction in Anhui University, this paper sums up the difficulties in teaching. Further more, it puts forward the relevant countermeasures to provide help for its development in the comprehensive university.
