研究了不同热处理工艺下,Zn-22Al基合金挤压管材的显微组织和室温力学性能。结果表明,挤压管在室温下为α+η两相组织,超塑性处理后呈现细小等轴晶,晶粒内部存在具有一定取向的小颗粒。200℃保温9 h退火处理后,挤压管材硬度为62.52HV0.05,伸长率为27.20%,抗拉强度为233 MPa。320℃×6 h淬火+250℃×0.5 h回火处理后,挤压管材硬度为41.03 HV0.05,伸长率达到139.47%,抗拉强度为98 MPa。
Microstructure and mechanical properties at room temperature of Zn-22Al based alloy extruded tube were studied under different heat treatment conditions. The results show that the microstructure of as-extruded tube consists of α and η two phases. After subjected to superplastic treatment, the alloy shows fine equiaxed, together with some oriented small particles. The hardness, elongation and ultimate tensile strength of the extruded tube annealed at 200 ℃ for 9 h are 62. 52 HV0. 05, 27. 20%, and 233 MPa, respectively, while the hardness, elongation and ultimate tensile strength of the extruded tube are 41. 03 HV0. 05, 139. 47%, and 98 MPa, respectively, when quenched at 320 ℃ for 6 h and tempered at 250 ℃ for 0. 5 h.
