knowledge management evaluation is an important tool for the practice of knowledge management. This paper argued that school of thought of knowledge management is the rootstock of causing evaluation difference. The pattern of knowledge management evaluation was proposed, and the trend of knowledge management evaluation was forecasted according to the demand of development of knowledge management based on correlative literature of knowledge management.
