Research on knowledge management science can improve the capability of the state, enterprise and individual to adapt to the change of the environment. Based on the analysis of the literatures about knowledge management, this paper expounds the development route of knowledge management science form the viewpoint of research methodology of knowledge management, analyzes the bottleneck of the development of knowledge management, and proposes the priority development domain. The paper also points out the disciplinary construction basis of knowledge management science.
