目的：探讨成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病（LADA）患者与2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者临床特点的差异。方法：对社区筛检出的46例LADA患者和同期筛检出的452例T2DM患者进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查，并采用t检验分析两组均数的差异，采用x^2检验分析两组构成比的差异。结果：LADA患者中仅注射胰岛素的比例高于T2DM患者，差别有统计学意义；LA—DA患者的平均收缩压和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于T2DM患者，差别有统计学意义。结论：LADA与T2DM患者血压、血脂水平和注射胰岛素比例存在差异。

Objective： To explore the differences of clinical characteristics between the latent autoimmune diabetes in adults （LADA） and type 2 diabetic patients （T2DM）. Methods： 46 LADA patients and 452 patients with T2DM were investigated by using questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory examination, and their clinical features were compared by t-test and Chi-square test. Results： The proportion of injecting insulin in LADA patients was higher than that in T2DM patients, the difference was statistically significant. The average systolic blood pressure and average level of very low density lipoprotein cholesterol in LADA patients were lower than those in T2DM patients, the differences were statistical significant. Conclusion： There are differences in blood pressure and blood lipid levels and proportion of injecting insulin between T2DM and LADA patients.
