为促进湖北三峡库区水资源可持续利用,建立了包括水资源状况、水资源开发利用程度、水资源与社会协调水平、水资源与经济协调水平和水资源与环境协调水平等5个方面15个具体评价指标的评价指标体系,并在此基础上,采用融入TOPSIS法思想的改进的投影寻踪模型对湖北三峡库区2012年水资源可持续利用水平进行评价。结果表明:①湖北三峡库区水资源可持续利用水平整体较好,其中夷陵区和秭归县的水资源可持续利用水平评价值在0.8以上,处于优秀水平,兴山县和巴东县的水资源可持续利用水平评价值在0.6以上,处于良好水平;②改进的投影寻踪模型融入了优劣解距离法的思想,使得评价结果更直观。可在更多领域应用。
In order to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir of Hubei province, a comprehensive assessment index system was proposed with fifteen specific indicators in five aspects, including water resources condition, the degree of development and utilization of water resources, water resources and social coordination level, water resources and economic coordination level, water resources and environment coordination level altogether. The improved projection pursuit method combining TOPSIS was used to evaluate the sustainable utilization of water resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir of Hubeiprovince in 2012. The results showed that:①the sustainable utilization of water re sources was in a good condition as a whole. The evaluation results of Yiling district and Zigui county were both above 0.8, and were in an outstanding level; while the evaluation resuhs of Xingshan county and Badong county were both above 0.6, and in a good level. ②The improved projection pursuit model, integrating the ideology of TOPSIS, made the evaluation results more intuitive and could be applied in more fields.
