溶胶-凝胶法是制备纳米薄膜材料的常用方法之一,该方法制备的膜层均匀致密、性能稳定,化学成分准确、易于掺杂、灵活度高,因而应用非常广泛。将TiO2固定在导电基底上既能解决TiO2的回收分离问题,又能通过外加偏压提高光生电子与空穴的分离效率。详细介绍了溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2膜电极的工艺过程和影响因素,综述了该方法制备TiO2膜电极和掺杂TiO2膜电极的研究进展及其应用,探讨了该方法的改进手段,并对其将来的发展进行了展望。
Sol-gel method is one of the most commonly used methods for the preparation of nano-film material. It has the advantages of wide application, high flexibility, easily doping, accurate chemical composition and so on. The prepared film exhibits good uniformity and stability. Fixed the TiO2 on conductive substrate could not only solve the problem of TiO2 separating and recovering but also improve the photoelectrons separation from vacancies by applying external biasing voltage. In this paper, the process and the influence factors of TiO2 film electrode preparation were introduced in detail. The research progress and application of TiO2 film electrode and doped TiO2 film electrode preparation was reviewed. The modification of sol gel method was briefly introduced, and the development prospect of sol-gel method was discussed.
