金属角反射器是对敌雷达探测进行无源干扰的重要装备,但尺寸固定时,雷达散射截面(RCS)无法改变,使用范围受到限制。为解决上述问题,将角反射器的各面设计成由若干自由旋转的小金属板组成,通过旋转小金属板,改变角反射器有效反射面积,使其RCS可变。计算结果表明,随着金属板旋转角度的变化,角反射器的RCS峰值大小和方向图宽度都逐渐变化。该设计拓宽了角反射器的使用范围,有一定的应用前景。
Metal corner reflector is a crucial equipment that carries out passive jamming to interfere the enemy's radar. However, the traditional corner reflectors can not change their RCS once the sizes are set. Therefore, the application range of the reflectors is limited. To solve the problem, the corner reflector's each reflecting surface was redesigned. That is, it is com- posed of several modular metal plates which can rotate freely. Through changing the effective echo area of corner reflectors by small rotating metal plates, a RCS-aherable modular corner reflector is done. The calculated results show that the peak value of RCS and the width of directivity diagram change accordingly when the metal plates of corner reflectors rotate. This design broadens range of application of corner reflector, and has a wide application foreground.
