基于有限元法设计了一种金膜圆环周期结构频率选择表面,仿真结果表明该周期结构在远红外大气窗口(8-14 μm)对红外辐射抑制效果明显,在25-37.5 THz (8-12 μm) 平均透过率低于20%,尤其是在27-36 THz之间其透过率低于10%。通过优化计算,研究了圆环内外半径、宽度和厚度等不同结构参数对该结构传输特性的影响规律。
A periodic structure frequency selective surface with gold film circular ring was designed base on finite element method. Simulation results show that the periodic structure has a obvious effect on infrared radiation suppression in far infrared atmospheric window (8-14 μm). The average transmittance is below 20% within 25-37.5 THz (8-12 μm),especially it is less than 10% within 27-36 THz. Influence rules of different structure parameters on the transmission characteristics are analyzed by optimizing calculation,such as radius,width and thickness of circular ring.
