通过对长沙市居住建筑热工参数调研分析,节能空间很大。通过建筑朝向控制和围护结构热工性能提升可以显著降低居住建筑能耗。体形系数≤0.4通过提高围护结构热工性能和设置活动遮阳,可以实现低能耗的设计;体形系数超过0.4,且窗墙面积比较大时,调整热工设计参数难以实现低能耗设计,需同时提高围护结构热工性能及空调性能。
Through the analysis on the investigation of changsha city residential building thermal parameter, energy saving space is very large.
