采用多样性指数对47份沿江地区糯玉米核心种质的花期相关性状和淀粉黏度性状进行多样性分析。结果表明:沿江地区糯玉米核心种质花期相关性状和淀粉黏度性状均存在丰富的多样性;两类性状中,吐丝期、散粉期、峰值黏度和谷值黏度的多样性指数(H′)较高,分别为1.98、1.96、2.03和1.91。基于两类性状将供试种质分别聚为3类,其中基于花期相关性状的第I类群花期较早,第II类群为中间型,第III类群花期较迟;基于淀粉黏度性状的第I类群为淀粉黏度RVA特征值较好的优质种质,第II类群黏度性状一般,第III类群黏度性状较差。育种中可根据育种目标选择特异种质进行种质改良与优良杂交组合的选配。
The diversity of the flowering-related traits and starch pasting viscosity characteristics of 47 core waxy maize germplasms from Yanjiang region were analyzed by using method of diversity index.The results indicated that abundant diversity of flowering-related traits and starch pasting viscosity characteristics existed in the studied waxy maize germplasms.The diversity indexes were higher for silking,anthesis,peak viscosity and trough viscosity,with the diversity index of 1.98,1.96,2.03 and 1.91,respectively.Based on the two different traits,the germplasms were clustered into three groups,respectively.For the flowering-related traits,the first group flowered earlier,the second group was the middle type,and the third group flowered later.For the starch pasting viscosity,the germplasms from the first group were excellent inbred lines with higher RVA viscosity,the second group with general viscosity properties,and the third group with lower viscosity properties.The specific germplasms could be selected for germplasm improvement and matching hybrids under different breeding objectives in the future breeding programs.
