目的评估臭氧处理循环冷却水技术在集中空调水处理系统中的应用效果和环境安全性。方法以上海市某医院采用臭氧技术的集中空调冷却塔作为试点,采用WS 394-2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》等标准规范中的方法,对该冷却塔的循环冷却水水质、除菌效果以及周围环境污染状况进行监测与分析。结果经臭氧技术处理后,该冷却塔水质符合国家标准;该冷却塔存在本底军团菌污染情况,应用臭氧技术处理后,冷却水中未检出嗜肺军团菌;细菌总数0~5 CFU/ml,大肠菌群未检出;冷却塔周边1 m处臭氧浓度平均为0.25 mg/m~3,5 m处接近环境本底浓度(0.02 mg/m~3)。结论臭氧循环冷却水技术应用于集中空调水处理系统,在水质控制和抑菌方面显示良好效果,正常运行情况下不会对周边环境的公共卫生安全造成威胁。
[Objective]To evaluate the application effect and environmental pollution of ozone technological process for recircu-lated cooling water treatment in central air conditioning system.[Methods]The central air conditioning cooling tower using ozone technology in a hospital of Shanghai was selected as a pilot. The methods from the Hygienic specification of central air condition-ing ventilation system in public buildings(WS 394-2012)were applied to perform monitoring and analysis on circulating cooling water quality,sterilization effect and environmental pollution.[Results]After treatment by ozone technological process,the water quality of the cooling tower met national standards,and legionella was not detected in the cooling water despite of background pollution. The total bacteria count was 0~5 CFU/ml and coliform group was not detected. The average concentration of ozone at1 meter around the cooling tower was 0.25 mg/m~3,and the ozone concentration at 5 meters around the cooling tower was close to the background level(0.02 mg/m~3).[Conclusion]The application of ozone technological process in central air conditioning water treatment system has satisfactory effect on water quality control and sterilization,and the system would not threaten the public health security of the surrounding environment under normal operation.
